Contact form submissions and notes of encouragement: your name, email address, and the message you send us. Notes for an athlete are read by the DTC team first and shared with the athlete's family at our discretion.
Basic technical data collected automatically through Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views and site performance in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
We do not collect payment or bank information on this site. Gifts are made through our giving partner, which handles that information under its own privacy policy.
2. How we use it
To respond to your message and follow up on sponsorship, applications, or giving questions.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Athletes and families
This site features student athletes who are minors. We publish an athlete's name, photo, sport, grade, and school only with the permission of the athlete's parent or guardian, and only the information the family chooses to share.
Financial details about any athlete or family are never published.
A parent or guardian may ask us to correct or remove an athlete's information at any time using the contact page. We act on those requests promptly.
4. Who we share it with
Vercel, which hosts this site and provides cookie-free analytics.
Resend, which delivers contact form messages to us by email once the form is connected.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our athletes, families, volunteers, or others.
5. Data retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as they are useful for follow-up and deleted on request.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you through the contact page.
7. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
